This means that they generally wake up feeling like they are running behind on all the things they need to do, spending the whole day trying to get all those things done. They find that they often go to bed feeing that they have underachieved. They may spend the whole day in a haze, constantly aware of all the things they wish to do on their list but never actually do them and the task remains untouched or incomplete. This leaves them feeling unorganized, unproductive, unhappy, lazy, guilty, and...the list goes on. I can help. What I do is coach clients to increase their self-awareness and build skills that will help them manage their ADD. Which means that they learn how to become centered, focused and productive.
